Exchange and return of items

If you wish to exchange or return an item purchased at, you can do so within a maximum period of 15 days from the delivery date.

If you want to exchange your order for a different item or for another size, you will have to place a new order and process the return of the unwanted item.

All returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and tagged. Articles that do not meet these characteristics will be denied.

Once you have requested a return from us, pack your items safely. It is important that you indicate in this document the items you wish to return.

Make the shipment, either by going to the Post Office and sending your package by certified mail or with acknowledgment of receipt or you can manage it with the courier company of your choice.

Keep in mind that in the case of returns by post or courier, Baby Bloom Kids will not accept postage due or cash on delivery and that the return shipping costs will not be paid. The direct cost of returns will always be borne by the customer except for defects or manufacturing defects. In that case, Baby Bloom Kids will bear all the expenses incurred and will process the refund of the order amount in the same way that it was paid.



The customer has the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days following receipt of the article. For this, it is necessary to send the order to the address written above. Once we receive the order and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount of the garment (s). We will never refund the amount of the shipping cost.

If it exceeds 7 days, we will make a voucher for the value of the returned garments valid for 6 months to be used only on our website.
